Our office used a bactrack breathalyzer before but every 6 months we had to send it in. It would take 2 weeks to get the unit back. So instead we got the alcomate and now just purchase replacement sensors. Replacing it ourselves has eliminated any downtime.
Unit is slightly smaller than expected but it's just as easy to use. Shipping was fast and the customer service from ASD has been great. We received a dedicated account rep so whenever we need anything we can just fax our purchase orders for quick ordering.
